Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
- paprika - 1 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- skim milk - 1 Tbsp
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- white pepper - 1/2 tsp
- hot sauce - 1 c
- thyme - 1/4 tsp
- onion powder - 1 tsp
- red pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Pet milk - 1 Tbsp
- catfish fillets - 1 item
How to make spicy catfish:
Marinate catfish in lemon juice and hot sauce for at least 1/2 day. Brush fish with skim and Pet milk and dip in the 7 seasonings mixed. In an electric skillet at 400°, put margarine in pan and fry fish for 3 minutes on each side. Serve at once.Recipe categories: Low sodium, Very low carbs, Main dish.
