  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • baking soda - 3 tsp
  • all-purpose flour - 3 c
  • salad oil - 1 c
  • jars baby junior carrots - 2 oz

How to make spicy carrot cake:

Add eggs, oil, sugar and carrots and mix well. Combine remaining ingredients together and then add to first mixture. Pour in tube pan. Bake at 350° for 60 to 70 minutes.
