Ingredients/Components
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- hot water - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- carrots - 1 item
- potatoes - 1 item
- bay leaves - 2 item
- onions - 2 item
- beef - 2 4
- Gravy Master - 1 tsp
- to 6 whole cloves - 5 item
- whole string beans - 1 item
How to make spiced pot roast:
In large pot, brown meat with Gravy Master. Stick the cloves in the meat. Slice onions on top of the meat. Add water, vinegar and bay leaves. Simmer for 3 hours. Add water as needed. When nearly done, add carrots, whole string beans and potatoes. Simmer for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Beef, White rice, Roast beef.
