Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 2 Tbsp
- egg white, beaten until fluffy - 1 item
How to make spiced pecans:
Combine egg and water and then add remaining ingredients. Bake for 1 hour at 250°. Stir first 1/2 hour. Use 1 1/2 to 2 pounds pecan halves.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Appetizers.
