Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- cold water - 2 Tbsp
- pecans - 1 lb
- egg white - 1 item
How to make spiced nuts:
Beat egg whites until frothy, but not stiff. Add water and beat a little longer. Fold in pecans. Mix until well coated. Mix in remaining ingredients. Place on buttered cookie sheet and bake 1 hour at 225°. Stir every 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Fruit, Low sodium, Nuts.
