Spiced nuts

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• cold water - 2 Tbsp
• pecans - 1 lb
• egg white - 1 item

How to make spiced nuts:

Beat egg whites until frothy, but not stiff. Add water and beat a little longer. Fold in pecans. Mix until well coated. Mix in remaining ingredients. Place on buttered cookie sheet and bake 1 hour at 225°. Stir every 15 minutes.
