  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 1 c
  • Bisquick - 2 c
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c

How to make speedy taco bake:

Heat oven to 350°. Cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain. Spoon into ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Stir in taco seasoning mix (dry), tomato sauce and corn (drained). Sprinkle with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over beef mixture. Bake 35 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes and shredded lettuce. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
