Special scalloped potatoes



Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 1 1
- can cream of onion soup - 1 item
- to 5 medium size russet potatoes - 4 item
- juice or powdered garlic - 1 clove
How to make special scalloped potatoes:
Wash, peel and slice potatoes. Mix soup, milk and garlic. Pour over potato slices thoroughly. Bake in covered casserole dish in 325° oven for 1 1/2 hours or until fork inserts easily into potatoes. During the last half hour of baking, spread cheese over the top (be sure to keep covered).Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
