Spanish style chicken
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- chicken broth - 1/2 c
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- large onion, thinly sliced - 1 item
- white pepper - 1 item
- dry sherry - 1/4 c
- chicken breasts - 2 item
- sweet red pepper, thinly sliced - 1 item
- crushed dried thyme - 1/4 tsp
- cloves garlic, peeled and smashed - 2 item
How to make spanish style chicken:
Heat oil in large skillet. Add garlic, onion and sweet pepper and saute until veggies are limp, about 5 minutes. Push veggies aside. Dust chicken with flour and add to skillet. Brown 5 minutes per side over medium heat. Remove chicken and set aside.Recipe categories: Main dish, One Dish meal, Stew.
