Spanish rice
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- diced onion - 1/2 c
- hamburger - 1 lb
- green pepper, diced - 1 c
- uncooked rice - 1 c
- tomato or V-8 juice
How to make spanish rice:
Brown hamburger; drain. Add pepper, salt, onion and rice. Cover with rice; let cook until rice is done, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.Given to me by friend, Jackie Yochum.
