- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1/3 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- cooked rice - 2 c
- large green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- large tomato, chopped - 1 item
How to make spanish rice:
In a 1-quart microwave-safe casserole dish, combine green pepper, tomato, onion and butter. Cook, covered, on High for 5 to 6 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring once.
