Ingredients/Components
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- rice, cooked - 3 c
- green peppers, diced - 1/4 c
- slices bacon, diced - 6 item
- large can tomatoes - 1 item
- onion, diced or chopped - 1/4 c
- hot peppers, if desired - 1 item
How to make spanish rice:
Fry the bacon, peppers and onion, then pour off the grease and add the rice, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cook for 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low fat, Side dish.
