  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • rice, cooked - 3 c
  • green peppers, diced - 1/4 c
  • slices bacon, diced - 6 item
  • large can tomatoes - 1 item
  • onion, diced or chopped - 1/4 c
  • hot peppers, if desired - 1 item

How to make spanish rice:

Fry the bacon, peppers and onion, then pour off the grease and add the rice, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cook for 15 minutes.
