  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1/3 c
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • flour - 4 Tbsp
  • water - 6 Tbsp
  • oil
  • salad oil - 4 Tbsp
  • diced green pepper - 1 item
  • bay leaf - 1 item
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • mushrooms, sliced - 1 item
  • whole cloves - 2 item
  • 2 can tomatoes
  • sliced onions - 1 c
  • speck of pepper - 1 item
  • Cover and simmer 30 minutes

How to make spanish omelette:

Saute onions until tender, then add all remaining ingredients, except flour and water. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Thicken with flour, mixed to smooth paste with the water. Remove bay leaf and cloves.Omelette:6 eggs, beaten1 1/2 Tbsp. oil1 tsp. salt1/3 c. milk speck of pepper Place cooked omelette on platter; pour sauce over half the omelette. Fold omelette and serve.
