Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 1/4 c
- medium onion - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 tsp
- to 9 eggs - 8 item
- pastry sheets filo
- spinach optional - 1 item
- feta or 1 1/2 c - 2 c
How to make spanakopita:
Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan with butter. Line pan with 4 to 5 filo including sides. Brush melted butter lightly over layer. Beat eggs until slightly fluffy. Dice cheese into very small pieces and mix into eggs. Also, mix in salt and oil. Brown finely chRecipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Greek.
