Ingredients/Components

  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • olive oil - 1/2 c
  • basil leaves - 1/2 tsp
  • garlic cloves, minced - 3 item
  • green onions, chopped - 2 item
  • thin spaghetti - 1 item
  • marjoram - 1/2 tsp
  • thyme - 1/2 tsp
  • tarragon - 1/2 tsp
  • small yellow onion, chopped - 1 item
  • Mozzarella cheese, grated - 2 c
  • container sour cream - 1 (6
  • can mushrooms stems and pieces - 1 oz
  • cans chopped clams - 2 oz

How to make spaghetti with white clam sauce:

Heat olive oil in large frying pan. Add finely chopped onion, green onions, minced garlic cloves and spices to the olive oil. Stir until onion is translucent. Add sour cream to heated mixture. Stir well. When sauce is hot, add grated Mozzarella cheese. Stir frequently. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Add drained chopped clams and continue to stir. Do not overcook or clams become tough. Serve over cooked spaghetti. Will freeze well.
