Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- olive oil - 1/2 c
- chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- cooked spaghetti - 1 lb
- chopped clams and juice - 2 c
- Sauce:5 cloves garlic
- sliced mushrooms, cooked - 1/4 lb
How to make spaghetti with clam sauce:
Sauce:5 cloves garlic1/2 c. olive oil1/4 lb. sliced mushrooms, cooked2 Tbsp. chopped parsley1/2 tsp. oregano1/8 tsp. pepper1/2 tsp. salt1/2 c. water2 c. chopped clams and juice Saute garlic, olive oil and mushrooms. Add parsley, oregano, pepper, salt, water, clams and juice. Cook sauce for 30 minutes. Pour over 1 pound cooked spaghetti.Recipe categories: Main dish, Spaghetti, One Dish meal.
