  • large cans tomato juice - 2 item
  • large can tomato sauce - 1 item
  • small can tomato paste - 1 item
  • to 3 garlic cloves, crushed - 2 item
  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • basil, crushed in hand - 2 Tbsp
  • oregano, crushed in hand - 2 Tbsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • hamburger
  • cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
  • egg - 1 item
  • moistened cracker crumbs - 1 c
  • mashed parsley - 1 Tbsp
  • grated Romano cheese - 1/2 c

How to make spaghetti sauce with meatballs:

Meatballs:2 lb. hamburger2 cloves garlic, minced1 egg1 c. moistened cracker crumbs1 Tbsp. mashed parsley salt and pepper to taste1/2 c. grated Romano cheese While sauce begins cooking, shape the meatballs. Brown the meatballs. Add to sauce. Brown Italian sausage and add to sauce also, if desired. Cook all day over low heat. Sprinkle cheese on top when serving.
