  • sugar - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 c
  • Crisco oil - 1 pt
  • oregano - 1 Tbsp
  • basil - 1 Tbsp
  • cans tomato paste - 5 oz
  • green peppers - 4 item
  • onions - 3 lb
  • bushel tomatoes - 1/2 item
  • hot peppers - 3 item
  • bunch garlic - 1 item

How to make spaghetti sauce for canning:

Prepare and make juice out of tomatoes. Put onions, peppers and garlic in blender until it looks like applesauce. Add all ingredients together in large kettle; cook for 45 minutes. Can and seal.
