Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- oregano - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- slices bread - 3 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- cans tomato paste - 2 oz
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- bay leaves - 3 item
- clove garlic or powder - 1 item
- home canned tomatoes
- tomato paste cans water - 2 item
- Add tomato paste, tomato sauce or canned tomatoes, salt, pepper, sugar, oregano, bay leaves and water
- sauce mixture - 1 c
How to make spaghetti sauce and meatballs:
Heat oil and saute onion and garlic about 5 minutes. Add tomato paste, tomato sauce or canned tomatoes, salt, pepper, sugar, oregano, bay leaves and water. If too thick, add a little more water.
