  • oil - 2 Tbsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
  • parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • medium onion - 1 item
  • oregano - 1 tsp
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • slices bread - 3 item
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • cans tomato paste - 2 oz
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
  • bay leaves - 3 item
  • clove garlic or powder - 1 item
  • home canned tomatoes
  • tomato paste cans water - 2 item
  • Add tomato paste, tomato sauce or canned tomatoes, salt, pepper, sugar, oregano, bay leaves and water
  • sauce mixture - 1 c

How to make spaghetti sauce and meatballs:

Heat oil and saute onion and garlic about 5 minutes. Add tomato paste, tomato sauce or canned tomatoes, salt, pepper, sugar, oregano, bay leaves and water. If too thick, add a little more water. Add meatballs and simmer 1 to 2 hours. Serve over cooked
