Spaghetti sauce and meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 2 lb
- ground lean pork - 1/2 lb
- bread crumbs
- chopped parsley - 1/2 c
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- applesauce - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- small can evaporated milk - 1 item
- garlic powder - 2 tsp
- tomato puree
- Accent - 1/4 tsp
How to make spaghetti sauce and meatballs:
Sauce:4 (2 1/2 lb.) tomato puree1 tsp. pepper1/4 tsp. Accent Prepare sauce and let stand while preparing the following: Mix all ingredients together to form meatballs. Shape into desired size meatballs. Brown in 1/2 cup olive oil and about 4 garlic cloves. Add to sauce. Cook about 1 1/2 hours slowly.
