Spaghetti sauce
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- salt - 1 c
- oil - 1 c
- oregano - 1 Tbsp
- basil - 1 Tbsp
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- tomato paste - 24 oz
- bay leaves - 3 item
- rosemary - 1 Tbsp
- green peppers - 2 item
- onions
- fennel - 1 Tbsp
- hot peppers - 2 item
- bulb garlic - 1 item
- peck tomatoes - 1 item
How to make spaghetti sauce:
Puree/blend in blender the first 5 ingredients. Cook 1 hour. Add remaining ingredients. Cook all together for 1 hour. Put in hot jars. Remove bay leaves after cooking. Process 20 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Italian.
