- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 4 Tbsp
- sprigs parsley - 2 item
- tomatoes - 1 pkg
- green peppers - 6 item
- Wesson oil - 1 c
- large onions - 6 item
- large cans tomato paste - 4 item
- large bunch celery - 1 item
- to 6 garlic buds - 4 item
- bay leaf if desired - 1 item
How to make spaghetti sauce:
Put through food mill, then back in kettle and add tomato paste, oil, salt and sugar. Bring to boil. Put in jars. Water bath 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Italian.
