Spaghetti sauce
Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- large onion - 1 item
- can tomatoes - 1 oz
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- oregano - 1 tsp
- bay leaves - 2 item
- chili powder - 1/2 tsp
- basil - 1/8 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/8 tsp
- can mushrooms - 1 item
How to make spaghetti sauce:
Brown ground beef and drain. Cook chopped onion in fat. Cook until onions are transparent and drain. Put tomatoes in saucepan and bring to a boil. Then reduce to simmer and add spices and garlic. Then add tomato sauce, tomato paste, ground beef, onions and mushrooms. Simmer at least 1 hour or more.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Italian.
