Spaghetti salad
Ingredients/Components
- red wine vinegar - 1/8 c
- green onions - 1/2 c
- thin spaghetti - 1 lb
- green pepper - 1/2 c
- bottle Italian dressing - 1 oz
- sliced cucumber - 1 item
- can black olives, sliced - 1/2 item
- salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese to taste - 1 item
- box small tomatoes, halved - 1/2 item
- large can or 1/2 box sliced mushrooms - 1 item
- herb or garlic salad dressing mix - 1 pkg
How to make spaghetti salad:
Cook spaghetti as instructed on package. Put oil in pot (1 teaspoon) to keep it from sticking together. Cool. Add all ingredients, then add 1/2 bottle salad dressing and other ingredients, seasoning to taste. Chill. This will keep for 2 weeks in refrigerator.
