Spaghetti pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- oleo - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 1/2 c
- oregano - 1 tsp
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- cooked spaghetti - 6 oz
- hamburg - 1 lb
- can tomatoes 1 c - 1 oz
How to make spaghetti pie:
Stir butter into spaghetti. Add Parmesan cheese and eggs. Form crust from this into a 10-inch pie plate.Cook hamburg, onions and pepper until veggies are tender and meat is brown; drain excess fat. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano and garlic salt; mix well. Spread over crust. Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes at 350°. Add Mozzarella cheese. Cook 5 minutes longer, or until cheese is melted. Serve with rolls and salad.
