Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • oleo - 2 Tbsp
  • eggs, well beaten - 2 item
  • garlic salt - 1 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
  • chopped onions - 1/2 c
  • chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 1/2 c
  • oregano - 1 tsp
  • can tomato paste - 1 oz
  • cooked spaghetti - 6 oz
  • hamburg - 1 lb
  • can tomatoes 1 c - 1 oz

How to make spaghetti pie:

Stir butter into spaghetti. Add Parmesan cheese and eggs. Form crust from this into a 10-inch pie plate.

Cook hamburg, onions and pepper until veggies are tender and meat is brown; drain excess fat. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano and garlic salt; mix well. Spread over crust. Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes at 350°. Add Mozzarella cheese. Cook 5 minutes longer, or until cheese is melted. Serve with rolls and salad.
