Spaghetti pie



  • butter, melted - 2 tsp
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • cottage cheese - 1 c
  • shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 c
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
  • cooked spaghetti - 8 oz

How to make spaghetti pie:

Preheat oven to 350°. Brown beef with onion and green pepper in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally to separate meat; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce.

Combine eggs, spaghetti, Parmesan cheese and butter in large bowl; mix well. Place in greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish; cover with layers of cottage cheese and spaghetti sauce mixture. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
