Spaghetti frittata
Ingredients/Components
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- olive oil for frying - 1 item
- thin spaghetti, cooked, drained, rinsed and cooled - 1/8 lb
- pinch each of oregano and basil - 1 item
How to make spaghetti frittata:
Blend all ingredients together, and brown on one side in a small frying pan in a bit of olive oil. Top with more cheese, and place under broiler until crusty and lightly browned on top. Serves 2 to 3 as an antipasto.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Omelets and frittatas, One Dish meal.
