Ingredients/Components
- chopped celery - 1 c
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- chopped onions - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- hamburger - 1 lb
- tomato sauce - 1 c
- sliced carrots - 1 c
- large can tomatoes - 1 item
- American cheese slices - 1 item
- spaghetti, cooked - 5 c
How to make spaghetti casserole:
Brown meat; combine spaghetti, meat, tomatoes, celery, carrots and onions in 11 x 15 x 2-inch baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients except cheese in saucepan. Heat, pour over spaghetti mixture and mix well. Cover and cook at 350° for 1 hour or until carrots are done.
