Spaghetti casserole
Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- melted butter - 3 Tbsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- cottage cheese - 1 lb
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1 lb
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- spaghetti - 6 oz
- stalk celery, chopped - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- jar spaghetti sauce - 1 item
- ground chuck - 1 lb
How to make spaghetti casserole:
Cook spaghetti and drain. Cook meat with onion, green pepper, celery and season to taste; drain well. Mix spaghetti with butter, eggs and Parmesan cheese. Mix meat with spaghetti sauce.Lay spaghetti on bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish. Spread cottage cheese over top. Lay meat sauce on top of cottage cheese. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over top and let set until cheese is melted.
