Spaghetti bake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
- can tomatoes, cut up - 1 oz
- chopped onions - 1 c
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- oregano
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1 2
- can mushrooms, drained - 1 oz
- ground chuck
- spaghetti, broken, cooked and drained - 8 oz
How to make spaghetti bake:
Cook ground chuck, onions and garlic until beef is browned and onion tender. Drain off fat. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, mushrooms, sugar, oregano and salt. Bring to a boil. Simmer 25 minutes. Stir occasionally.Remove sauce from heat. Stir in drained spaghetti. Place half in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Top with remaining spaghetti and sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
