Ingredients/Components
- jar Prego meat flavored sauce - 1 item
- water - 1/2 c
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- fennel seed - 1/2 tsp
- minced clove garlic - 1 item
- onion, minced - 1 item
- cooked spaghetti - 1 lb
- lean ground beef
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- eggs - 2 item
- dry bread crumbs - 1 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- snipped parsley - 1/4 c
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- oregano - 1/4 tsp
How to make spaghetti and meatballs:
Meatballs:1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef2 Tbsp. oil2 eggs1 c. dry bread crumbs1/2 c. Parmesan cheese1/4 c. snipped parsley1 clove garlic, minced1/4 tsp. oregano Add ingredients for tomato sauce in large skillet; simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.For meatballs: Add all ingredients in a large bowl, except oil. Form mixture into 12 balls. Brown in hot oil. Place in tomato sauce; simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes. Serve over hot spaghetti.
