Spaghetti and cheese
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- beaten eggs - 4 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- spaghetti - 8 oz
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 2 c
- Monterey Jack cheese, grated - 1 c
- saltine crackers, crushed about 18
How to make spaghetti and cheese:
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Mix together with cheeses, milk, eggs and seasonings. Pour into a 10-inch baking dish. Top with crushed crackers and margarine. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Pasta, Spaghetti.
