Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- onion - 1 item
- cooked rice - 1 c
- garlic - 1/4 tsp
- yeast flakes - 2 Tbsp
- cashews, ground - 1/4 c
- cooked soybeans, mashed - 1 c
- rosemary and thyme or any favorite herb - 1/2 tsp
How to make soybean patties:
Mix well and add if needed 1/4 cup flour. Drop by large spoonful into sprayed frying pan or bake as a loaf in 350° oven for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Low sodium, Beans, Soy/tofu.
