Southwestern shrimp
Ingredients/Components
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- tomato sauce - 1/4 c
- finely chopped green onion - 1/4 c
- large shrimp - 1/2 lb
- finely chopped cilantro - 1/4 c
- finely chopped jalapeno remove seeds for milder dish - 1 item
- plain boiled rice - 1 item
How to make southwestern shrimp:
Peel and devein shrimp; cut in half. Heat oil in nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Saut?© onion, cilantro and jalapeno for 5 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce. Add shrimp and stir until shrimp turns pink. Serve over white rice. Serves 2.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Shrimp, For 1 or 2, Stove top.
