Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 3/4 c
- salsa - 1/4 c
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- hot cooked rice - 2 c
- boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 4 item
- crushed garlic clove - 1 item
- diced stewed tomatoes
- small ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and cut into 8 slices - 1 item
How to make southwestern chicken:
In medium bowl, combine tomatoes, salsa, onion, garlic and salt. Set aside. Coat chicken with flour. In 10-inch skillet with cover, heat oil over medium heat.
