- sugar - 1 c
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- pecan halves - 1 c
- white Karo - 1/2 c
- unbaked 9-inch pie shell - 1 item
- well beaten eggs - 3 item
How to make southern pecan pie:
Mix sugar, syrup and butter and add eggs and pecans. Fill pie shell with mixture and bake at 400° for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350° and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
