South of the border salad



  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
  • corn chips - 3 c
  • sliced ripe olives - 1/4 c
  • large tomato, chopped - 1 item
  • pepperoni, sliced thin - 4 oz
  • can chili con carne with beans - 1 oz
  • small head lettuce, broken up - 1 item

How to make south of the border salad:

Arrange all ingredients, except chili, in salad bowl. Chill. Heat chili; pour on top of salad. Toss lightly to coat.
