South of the border salad
Ingredients/Components
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- corn chips - 3 c
- sliced ripe olives - 1/4 c
- large tomato, chopped - 1 item
- pepperoni, sliced thin - 4 oz
- can chili con carne with beans - 1 oz
- small head lettuce, broken up - 1 item
How to make south of the border salad:
Arrange all ingredients, except chili, in salad bowl. Chill. Heat chili; pour on top of salad. Toss lightly to coat.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low fat, Salads.
