South of the border dip
Ingredients/Components
- medium chunky salsa
- corn - 1/3 c
- fresh lime juice - 3/4 tsp
- canned black beans, rinsed and drained - 3/4 c
- chopped fresh cilantro
- ground cumin - 1/4 tsp
How to make south of the border dip:
Drain excess liquid of salsa. Combine all ingredients, except crackers, in medium bowl. Let stand at least 30 minutes to blend flavors. Serve with Town House crackers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Weeknight.
