Ingredients/Components

  • medium chunky salsa
  • corn - 1/3 c
  • fresh lime juice - 3/4 tsp
  • canned black beans, rinsed and drained - 3/4 c
  • chopped fresh cilantro
  • ground cumin - 1/4 tsp

How to make south of the border dip:

Drain excess liquid of salsa. Combine all ingredients, except crackers, in medium bowl. Let stand at least 30 minutes to blend flavors. Serve with Town House crackers.
