- flour - 2 c
- water - 2 c
- yeast
How to make sourdough starter:
Mix. Cover bowl, let stand overnight in refrigerator.Pancakes: Night before, add 1 cup starter, 2 cups flour, 1 1/2 cups water. (Mix well and cover bowl.) Next morning, take out 1 cup starter from batter, then add 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 teaspoons salt, 2 tablespoon oil; mix well. Take 2 teaspoons soda and 1/2 cup water and gently stir into batter.
