Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- warm water
- bread flour
- starter - 1 c
How to make sourdough bread:
Mix all ingredients and set aside for 8 to 12 hours. Knead dough in 1/2 cup of flour. Makes into 2 loaves. Oil pan. Place dough in pan and turn over so oil is on top. Cover; let sit for 8 to 12 hours. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Yeast breads, Sourdough breads.
