Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- butter, melted - 1/4 c
- sourdough - 2 c
How to make sourdough biscuits:
Make dough, knead 30 seconds. Roll out and cut 1/2-inch thick biscuits. Brush with more melted butter. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes. Makes a large batch.Recipe categories: Breads, Southwestern u.s., Rolls/biscuits.
