  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 7 c
  • oil - 3/4 c
  • soda - 1/2 tsp
  • buttermilk - 2 c
  • baking powder - 4 tsp
  • yeast - 1 pkg

How to make sourdough biscuits:

Dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water. Add the other ingredients. Keep covered in refrigerator overnight before making into biscuits. Bake at 450°. This dough keeps well in refrigerator.
