- sour cream - 3/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 item
- brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- water - 3/4 c
- oil - 1/4 c
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- soy sauce - 3 Tbsp
- mustard - 1/4 tsp
- round steak or cube steak - 2 lb
How to make sour cream swiss steak:
Pound flour into meat. Dust with salt, pepper, paprika and mustard. Heat oil; add butter. Sear steak on one side. Turn, add onion, water, soy sauce, brown sugar and sour cream. Cover and simmer 1 hour.Recipe categories: Meat, Beef, Steak.
