  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • shortening - 1/2 c
  • all-purpose flour - 2 c
  • butter or margarine, melted - 1 Tbsp
  • rhubarb, chopped fine

How to make sour cream rhubarb squares:

Topping:1/2 c. granulated sugar1/2 c. chopped nuts1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted1 tsp. cinnamon Mix topping ingredients until crumbly and set aside. Cream together the brown sugar, shortening and egg. Stir together flour, soda and salt
