Sour cream raisin pie

Ingredients/Components

• raisins - 1 c
• sour cream - 1 c
• eggs - 2 item
• sugar - 1 c
• flour
• butter - 1 tsp
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• cinnamon - 1/4 tsp

How to make sour cream raisin pie:

Cook raisins and drain off water. Beat egg yolks and cream together. Mix sugar, flour and spices and add to raisins and eggs. Add butter and vanilla. Mix all together and cook until thick. Pour in baked pie shell and top with meringue.
