  • sugar - 3 c
  • eggs - 6 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • sour cream - 1/2 pt
  • butter - 1 c
  • almond - 1 tsp
  • cake flour, sifted with 1/4 tsp - 3 c

How to make sour cream pound cake:

Cream sugar and butter until creamy. Beat 5 to 10 minutes with mixer. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix well after each egg. Add alternately sour cream and flour. Add vanilla and almond flavoring. Bake in a greased and floured tube pan at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes. Remove from pan.
