- sugar
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- butter - 1 c
- soda - 1/4 tsp
How to make sour cream pound cake:
Cream the butter, sugar and eggs until light and fluffy. Sift dry ingredients together. Add to butter mixture alternating with sour cream. Mix well. Add vanilla. Bake in a tube pan that has been floured and greased at 325° for 1 hour and 25 minutes. Remove carefully from oven and let cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan.
