- sugar - 3 c
- eggs - 6 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- flour - 3 c
- soda - 1/4 tsp
- sticks butter - 2 item
- juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
How to make sour cream pound cake:
Cream butter and sugar. Add one egg at a time and beat after each. Add one cup flour at a time and beat after each cup. Add soda to sour cream and stir. Add to butter mixture; add vanilla. Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Desserts, Eggs/dairy, Cakes.
