  • eggs - 6 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • flour - 3 c
  • soda - 1/4 tsp
  • sticks butter - 2 item
  • juice and grated rind of 1 lemon

How to make sour cream pound cake:

Cream butter and sugar. Add one egg at a time and beat after each. Add one cup flour at a time and beat after each cup. Add soda to sour cream and stir. Add to butter mixture; add vanilla. Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
