  • eggs - 6 item
  • flour - 3 c
  • soda - 1/4 tsp
  • carton sour cream - 1 oz
  • sticks butter - 2 item
  • lemon extract - 1 tsp

How to make sour cream pound cake:

Butter, eggs and sour cream should be at room temperature.

Sift flour and soda twice. Cream butter well and add sugar gradually until mixture is smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Stir in sour cream. Add flour and soda mixture; stir in lemon. Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes.
