- sugar - 3 c
- eggs - 6 item
- flour - 3 c
- soda - 1/4 tsp
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- sticks butter - 2 item
- lemon extract - 1 tsp
How to make sour cream pound cake:
Butter, eggs and sour cream should be at room temperature.Sift flour and soda twice. Cream butter well and add sugar gradually until mixture is smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Stir in sour cream. Add flour and soda mixture; stir in lemon. Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes.
