- butter-flavored Crisco - 1 c
- sugar - 3 c
- eggs - 6 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- all-purpose flour - 3 c
- baking soda - 1/4 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- coconut flavoring - 2 tsp
How to make sour cream pound cake:
Preheat the oven to 325°. In mixing bowl, cream the Crisco and sugar thoroughly. Add eggs, beating after each one. Blend remaining ingredients alternately, beating thoroughly after each addition. Pour batter in greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake for approximately 1 hour. Cool on wire rack. Remove from pan.Note: Depending on your oven, it may take longer than 1 hour to bake.
