Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/3 c
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/3 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- medium potatoes - 8 item
How to make sour cream potatoes:
Peel and cube potatoes; cook until tender. Drain and cool slightly. Saute onion in butter in small skillet until tender. Combine potatoes, onion and the remaining ingredients in a large bowl; mix gently. Spoon into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
